WHAT IS BABY DANCE CLUB?
Baby Dance Club is for the parents and caregivers of babies 0-18 months old and their babies. It was designed by Russell and Fili, co-founders of Flux Flow Dance Center, to create community and joy for adult participants while providing tools to connect with babies through dance.
The dance class includes a small warm-up and a fun simple choreography. The dancing lasts 30 minutes, and then we have an additional 30 minutes to build connections.
